Potato Famine of 1845

The potato famine in Europe effected many people apparently for the worse. Not only was it extremely harmful to farmers ofcourse, it was maybe as harmful if not more harmful for the our kind at this time. We were obviously alread affected by a shortage of food ofcourse but this wasnt exactly the help we needed. We were impacted greatly because we depended on life stock because it was one of the most if not the most cheapest way to gather food.

Although in the midst of the potato famine in 1845 the upper class leaders were continuing to still export crops to other countries that us peasants so hopelessly needed. This shows the carelessness and the upright defiance that the rich have for us poor.
